How do I place an order?

Add the service or item you require to your basket and pay for the order. Post your unit(s) to us & include your contact details in the parcel. Once your parcel is received, we will work on your unit & post back the same day if we receive it before 1pm.

What are my delivery options?

We send all orders on a 24hr service. Options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

What is your return & warranty policy?

All Instrument cluster & ABS repairs are covered under our Lifetime warranty policy. Customers are responsible for posting their units to us.

I want to get a spare key for my car, what’s the process?

For all key programming, Please contact us with your vehicle details to confirm if we are able to program your keys. You will need to send us the make, model, year and type of current key (Blade, Remote, Keyless….e.t.c). Once confirmed, please place your order and send the relevant parts requested in the email you received or bring your car to us on the agreed date.

Do you use oem keys?

No, we use quality aftermarket keys that lasts just as long as the original.

Can you clear airbag crash data by obd?

Yes we can clear a lot of crash data by obd, so you don’t have to go through the tedious task of removing from the car. Please send us your vehicle make, model & year and we’ll confirm if it can be done.  All airbag crash reset by obd cost £69.99

Which Ecu(s) can you clone?

We can clone most ecus as long as they are not water damaged and still have communication with a diagnostic tool. Please check our ecu cloning page

Do you offer an ECU immo off service? Which ecus are covered?

We can Immo-off a lot off ecus from many Makes & Models. Please send us your ecu part numbers using the form further down this page.

Do you accept returns for the units you sell?

We only accept returns if the module we supply is faulty.  Please understand this before placing an order. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind as these are custom items and programmed specifically for your car. We will need a dated diagnostic report from a registered Garage Showing ECU is at fault. We will offer a replacement or a full refund only if this condition is met.  **We do not sell ecus for testing**

What happens if you can’t repair or clone my unit?

If your unit is unrepairable, we will inform you asap. You will only be charged return postage & test fees of £19.99

What is your return & refund policy?

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund/return, the  item purchased must be faulty and we will require a diagnostic report from a registered garage showing the unit you bought from us isn’t fit for purpose. It must also be in the original state and not reprogrammed without asking us first.

If you ordered a service from us, refunds are only possible if the service wasn’t carried out as described. None of the services we offer guarantees the correct functionality of your vehicle as it’s based on several factors. Our warranty only covers the repair or cloning services we carried out and a diagnostic report will be needed to accept a return for inspecting and carrying out the service again.

Non-returnable items:

  • File/software service
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and get a return ID before sending back.

Shipping returns

To return your order, please send to the address listed on our website

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
