For all key programming, Please contact us with your vehicle details to confirm if we are able to program your keys. You will need to send us the make, model, year and type of current key (Blade, Remote, Keyless….e.t.c). Once confirmed, please place your order and send the relevant parts requested in the email you received or bring your car to us on the agreed date.

We only accept returns if the module we supply is faulty. Please understand this before placing an order. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind as these are custom items and programmed specifically for your car. We will need a dated diagnostic report from a registered Garage Showing ECU is at fault. We will offer a replacement or a full refund only if this condition is met. **We do not sell ecus for testing**
If your unit is unrepairable, we will inform you asap. You will only be charged return postage & test fees of £19.99
To be eligible for a refund/return, the item purchased must be faulty and we will require a diagnostic report from a registered garage showing the unit you bought from us isn’t fit for purpose. It must also be in the original state and not reprogrammed without asking us first.
If you ordered a service from us, refunds are only possible if the service wasn’t carried out as described. None of the services we offer guarantees the correct functionality of your vehicle as it’s based on several factors. Our warranty only covers the repair or cloning services we carried out and a diagnostic report will be needed to accept a return for inspecting and carrying out the service again.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and get a return ID before sending back.
